Pricing and Currency

By default, all bills for NBAI Cloud Platform customers are displayed in Canadian dollars. At the end of the month, your finalized monthly bill will be charged in Canadian dollars.

You can pay invoices in non-CAD currencies only by using Visa or MasterCard. Nebula AI inc. makes every effort to charge your card in your preferred currency, but ineligible cards can be charged only in CAD. If you choose a payment currency that the issuing institution of your card doesn't support, you might be charged foreign currency conversion charges or fees. Currency conversion is provided by Nebula AI inc.

Refund Policy

On rare occasions, you might be due a refund or have a credit on your account, or you might need to resolve a declined payment.

If you cancel your billing account and have unused funds in your account, you might be eligible for a refund.

Keep in mind that we don't offer refunds in these cases:

• You have NBAI Credit/hours left over in your billing account from a promotional code.
• Your billing account isn't disabled.
• You have an outstanding balance. (If you're not sure whether this is the case, select My Profile and then click the Bills tab to see if there's an outstanding balance in your billing account.)

You can start the refund process by submitting a refund request through out customer support team. Please include the following information:

• The reason for the refund/cancellation of your account.
• The amount of the refund you're requesting.
• The date you cancelled your account or deleted your project.

Note: If your refund request is processed, your refund will be credited back to the credit card or NBAI Wallet associated with the billing account.
